Switching to organic can sometimes feel like everything all of a sudden got expensive. So I decided to share with you some of my favourite green beauty brands that are worth checking out if you're on a budget. 

Att byta till ekologiskt kan ibland kännas som om allt blev väldigt dyrt helt plötsligt. Så jag tänkte dela med mig av några märken som är värt att kolla upp om du har en låg budget.

Okko skincare

Okko is great balms which zero waste. All their packaging is compostable and their balm lasts a long time. Their products range between £11-13  Want to know more here's my review of their body balm. 

Okko är fantastiska balms med noll avfall. All deras förpackning är komposterbar och deras balms håller länge. Deras produkter kostar mellan 120-150kr. Vill du veta mer läs min recension på deras kroppsbalm här. 

Balm Balm 

Balm Balm is a great brand and most of their products are under £10. Great products and I love the cute packaging. 

Balm Balm är ett fantastiskt märke och de flesta produkterna är under 100kr. Jättebra produkter och jag gillar de söta förpackningarna. 

Sukin

Sukin is a great Australian brand and is perfect if you're on a low budget. They have a wide range of products from hair care to body- and skincare. Here's my latest review on their face cream. But I've more if you just search for Sukin.

Avril 

A French brand that wants to make organic cosmetic affordable. I've mainly just tried their makeup, but they do a lot of other things too. I'm always surprised how cheap they are every time I look at their products. Because they're good quality. 

Ett franskt märke som vill göra ekologiskt prisvärt. Jag har bara använt deras smink, men de gör mycket annat också. Jag blir alltid förvånad över hur billigt det är varje gång jag kollar på deras produkter. För det är bra kvalitet. 

Saach Organics

A British brand inspired by India. I've only tried their haircare so far but it's been great. They're good for my hair and the spicy scents are amazing to wake up to in the morning. Check out my review here. 

Ett brittiskt märke inspirerat av Indien. Jag har bara provat deras hårvård men det är så bra. De är bra för mitt hår och de kryddiga dofterna är fantastiska att vakna till på morgonen. Kolla in min recension här. 

SenSpa

SenSpa is affordable and also available in shops like Waitrose. I've tried their soaps and hair mask and I think it's good value. 

SenSpa är prisvärt och lättillgänglig i vissa brittiska livsmedelsaffärer. Jag har provat deras tvålar och hårmask och jag tycker det är bra valuta för pengarna. 

Love Lula

Ett annat sätt att upptäcka ekologiska  skönhetsprodukter billigt är att beställa en Discovery Box. My hair routine

Today I'm showing you my hair routine. I wash my hair every 3-4 days and these are the products I use. I did somehow manage to not film my argan oil that I'm using at the moment after my hair serum ran out. I link that's below even though it's not in the video. (Not sure what happened there)

Review | Saach organics

Strengthening haircare using Ayurveda with Indian herbs, made in the UK. The last couple of months or so I've been using Saach organics basil, hibiscus & peppermint shampoo, for hair strengthening, and hibiscus, henna and primrose hair nourishment conditioner. I've also used the herbal hair oil. 

Saach organics contain 100% natural actives and are free from 

• parabens

• formaldehyde 

• sulphates 

• petrochemicals 

They are cruelty free and suitable for vegans. 

When I first started to use Saach I wasn't too sure about them. As many natural shampoos they don't lather that much and can sometime not feel like it cleans the hair as good. It can also weigh down the hair, leaving it feeling greasy. I tried a few different shampoos and in the end the one that worked best on my hair is the Basil, hibiscus & peppermint strengthening shampoo.

I then shampooed twice and rinsed it well. It worked and hair felt clean. 

After a while I started to notice how it improved the condition of my hair. It felt soft, smooth and stronger. It's the best condition my hair been in for a long time. 

The longer I used the products the more I like them. Because I see the benefit and how much better my hair feels. I keep getting compliments on my hair and all I've done is washing it. 

The conditioner I liked right away. It feels great to apply it to the hair, easy to comb through and makes my hair smooth. I love the smell of the conditioner. Part from the hibiscus, henna and primrose, it also has almond and cinnamon. It's rather spicy and I love it. 

The use of henna in their products is new to me. It also made me slightly nervous using them as I didn't want it to  change my colour. The henna Saach is using is a colourless henna so it won't make any difference to your hair colour and is fine to use on coloured hair. 

I've also been using the herbal hair oil. Made from Indian gooseberry cotton seed oil and almond oil. Some of the other ingredients are henna, rose, coconut oil and red sandalwood. I apply oil on my scalp and throughout the hair and leave it over night. It sinks in to the hair so doesn't feel too greasy like many oils can do. 

The herbal hair oil claims to open up blocked capillaries, improving the blood circulation on the scalp and brings back moisture to your hair. 

My scalp often get dry and itchy and this oil has helped with that. My hair feels smooth and healthy.
